Your data rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you control the personal data Shrinidhi Technologies holds about you. You can exercise any of these rights below, free of charge. We respond within 30 days (usually much sooner).
Access
Get a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is used.
Correction
Correct, complete or update anything that is wrong or out of date.
Erasure
Have your data deleted, unless the law or your institution must keep it.
Withdraw consent
Withdraw consent as easily as you gave it, at any time.
Nominate
Appoint someone to exercise these rights for you.
Grievance
Raise a concern with our Grievance Officer and get a response.
Make a request
Tell us who you are and what you'd like to do. For much of the School ERP, MessMate and Hostel data, your institution holds the record and can act on it directly — we'll route you to them where that's fastest, and make sure it happens.
