What it removes
Nobody really knows who is inside after in-time. The night register is signed, and never checked.
Thirty minutes after in-time the watchman scans only the locked or empty doors. Those students are marked absent, everyone else present, and students on approved leave are marked on leave automatically.
A student says “holiday” and is gone for ten days. Night-outs are not recorded at all.
Leave is applied from the student’s phone, the parent approves it from a link, and the warden decides. The gate records when they leave and when they are back. Late returns are flagged.
Garbage on the second floor, a broken fan, a leaking tap. Told to the warden and forgotten.
Students raise a complaint with photos. The office acknowledges it, assigns someone and resolves it with a photo of the fix. The student rates the work, and nothing quietly disappears.

Getting started
Your hostels, blocks, floors and rooms are set up with you, and your residents are imported from the sheet you already have.
A QR sticker goes on every door. Watchmen and wardens get their own IDs, and students get their app and ID card.

No. A printed QR sticker on each room door and the watchman’s Android phone are enough. Nobody queues at a device, and nothing breaks down at 10 PM.
No. He scans only the doors of rooms that are locked or empty after in-time. Everyone else is marked present when he finishes, and students on approved leave are skipped automatically.
No. The student app opens in any phone browser and can be added to the home screen. They sign in with their phone number and a password the hostel office gives them.
When a student applies for leave, the parent gets a link to approve or decline it. If a student is absent without leave, the office can message the parent on WhatsApp in one tap.
Yes. The mess runs inside the hostel system on MessMate, our mess management product. A resident’s mess days, menu and attendance appear in the same student app, and the mess is told when a student goes on leave. Institutes already on MessMate keep all their data.
